📋 Description Participates in requirements with OpCo to understand role needs and benefits. Provides market insights and candidate feedback to support requirements. Maintains OpCo partnership to define ideal candidate profile and priorities. Owns assigned requirements; adjusts sourcing strategy to meet needs. Monitors progress and adjusts plans to hit deadlines. Proactively pipelines talent and builds pre-qualified pools. 🎯 Requirements College degree preferred or relevant work experience. End-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR, preferably global. Behavioral-based interviews across various roles. Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders across lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
