📋 Description Deliver longitudinal, relationship-based psychiatric care to a virtual panel. Diagnose and treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD. Prescribe and manage psychotropic meds, including controlled substances; educate on risks. Integrate behavioral health with longevity and lifestyle medicine with primary care. Lead digital workflows, scheduling, and service protocols. Shape practice culture and member engagement in a nimble startup. 🎯 Requirements Full-time (~40 hr/week) PMHNP-BC with active unrestricted license Active DEA registration (or eligible) 3+ years outpatient psychiatric care experience Remote/telepsychiatry practice experience Proficient with EMR and HIPAA compliance 🎁 Benefits Hybrid in-person and virtual with standard hours at launch Base salary of $110k-120k plus up to $30k bonuses PTO: 11 federal holidays and 10 anytime days Stock options in an early-stage venture-backed company 100% company-paid health insurance for you and/or family Employer-paid malpractice/liability coverage
