📋 Description Lead TRM's product design org as a player-coach; still design hands-on. Shape design to drive product, outcomes, and decisions. Build an agentic design culture and partner with AI. Manage five designers; align priorities across the portfolio. Evangelize design value to Sales, Eng, and execs; external visibility. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years as product designer; 3+ years leading a design team. Built/grown a B2B SaaS design team: hiring and retaining designers. Experience using AI tools in real design workflows; demo it. Experience designing AI-enabled product surfaces; AI vs traditional UI.
