📋 Description Own design direction across Explore, Live, and Map; set craft bar and POV Stay hands-on with craft feedback and design decisions at the detail level Directly manage and develop a team of 4 Product Designers across London, Chamonix, Berlin Partner with PM and Engineering leads to shape scope and early design input Lead design reviews; maintain high craft and strategic clarity Define what 'good' looks like; establish standards and raise quality 🎯 Requirements Senior-level leadership with experience owning design direction across multiple product areas Ability to articulate a clear design vision and strategy Hands-on craft contributor with strong feedback and decision-making Proven track record raising craft and quality across a team Strong cross-functional partnerships with PM and Eng teams Distributed-European team leadership; London/Chamonix/Berlin experience 🎁 Benefits Benefits information available via published document
