📋 Description Source and build a pipeline of acquisition targets within our buy box through outreach Run introductory calls with owners—build rapport, qualify fit Lead due diligence end-to-end: financial analysis, operations, contracts, and legal review Build and own financial models—valuation, deal structuring Drive deals from sourcing to close with owners, lenders, and internal stakeholders 🎯 Requirements Proven track record sourcing, evaluating, closing acquisitions (2–10M EBITDA) 3 years healthcare investment banking or 1 year private equity Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence Strong feel for Main Street services businesses and the owners who run them Accounting/finance background or MBA Interest in tech, AI, venture capital, or startups 🎁 Benefits Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year Annual bonus: $50,000–$100,000 Equity as part of total rewards Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage 401(k) plan access Disability and life insurance, and additional benefits
