📋 Description HR Generalist supports HR activities in Spain & Portugal, focusing on processes, admin, and L&D. Collaborates with HR team and managers for compliant, people-centered HR processes. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analyses for decision-making. Manage employee lifecycle docs and payroll interface with providers. Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and external partners. Coordinate training and identify development needs. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Law, Psychology or related field. 5+ years in HR, HR Ops, personnel admin or generalist roles. Payroll coordination with external providers; validate inputs and incidents. Manage/improve HR processes across internal and external teams. Experience in international/multinational or fast-growing orgs. Microsoft Office; HRIS and digital HR tools; English proficiency.
