📋 Description Own end-to-end ML lifecycle from opportunity to production. Transform large-scale, multi-modal retail data into meaningful features. Build production ML systems with Dagster, Iceberg, and Kubernetes. Leverage PyTorch and scikit-learn to deploy models. Collaborate with engineers, product, designers, and domain experts. Advocate responsible AI and governance in practice. 🎯 Requirements Advanced Python and strong SQL for analysis. Proven production ML model design, deployment, and monitoring. Communicate ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Responsible AI focus: fairness, explainability. Deep expertise in computer vision or LLMs; architectural trade-offs. ETL/ELT with dbt and Snowflake; cloud (Azure or GCP); Docker. Git/GitHub, code reviews, CI/CD and reproducible workflows. Full ML lifecycle: data, features, training, deployment, monitoring. 🎁 Benefits Salary NZ$157,500–NZ$197,500 plus equity. Employee share scheme.
