Squad Lead (Engineering Manager)

📋 Description Partner with Product Leadership to define product vision and roadmap. Lead and grow a cross-functional team (~20 engineers and specialists). Drive operational excellence at scale and accelerate delivery of high-impact initiatives. Provide technical direction and shape architecture for scalable B2B SaaS solutions. Coordinate across engineering, product, and design to align priorities and delivery. Oversee quality, performance, and management of technical debt. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in software engineering with leadership roles managing large teams. Deep technical expertise in building complex B2B SaaS solutions. Strong web app development and cloud experience (.NET Core, React, Azure preferred). Product mindset with experience in dual leadership (Product + Tech). Proven track record delivering strategic outcomes, not just maintaining legacy systems.
