📋 Description You\'ll create relationship-building and loyalty-focused content for our customers. You\'ll update customer support content. You\'ll contribute to UX copywriting. Collaborate with brand, Customer Advisory, product and dev teams on new products. You assist the Customer Service team in creating support content and training agents. You provide guidelines to graphic designers, translators, and other support teams. 🎯 Requirements Degree in marketing with 1-3 years in marketing communications or UX copywriting. Fluent in French and English, written and spoken. Strong writing skills. Ability to manage projects independently. Strong time management and organization; handle multiple projects.
