📋 Description Work remotely and engage with the team daily. SME on QI measures, services, and payer quality initiatives. Conduct proactive patient outreach to close quality gaps and educate on preventive care. Collect quality data from EMR, claims, and provider outreach. Use EMR, payer portals, Guidehealth apps, and Microsoft 365 tools. Prioritize work to meet quality reporting deadlines. 🎯 Requirements Associate degree or higher; CMA/LPN certified/licensed. 1-3 years in healthcare; EMR data abstraction; medical terminology; quality measures; billing/coding. At least 2 years Medicare Advantage quality data abstraction and patient outreach. Tech-savvy with health data; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; multi-system usage.
