📋 Description Lead a team of engineers in Trust & Safety at Strava. Partner with AI/ML to set strategy for LLM-based auto-moderation. Identify and drive capabilities and tech investments for trust & safety. Partner with Product, Policy, Legal, Design, Ops to deliver priorities. Build an inclusive, high-accountability team culture. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Trust & Safety; 5+ years in management (2+ managing managers). Full stack experience with 10+ years of systems engineering. Hands-on fluency with AI/ML for content moderation (LLM classifiers). Experience leading multiple teams of engineers, including managers. Partner with Product, Policy, Legal, Design, Ops to balance priorities. Track record delivering Trust & Safety for consumer apps with UGC. 🎁 Benefits Hybrid in-office requirement in San Francisco.
