📋 Description Build and maintain financial models for debt and equity financing Support capital markets transactions including project finance and lending Prepare investor materials and credit analyses for lenders and investors Conduct market research on infrastructure and energy finance terms Assist due diligence and data room preparation with deal teams Track leverage, debt service coverage, and cost of capital 🎯 Requirements 2-4 years in capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance Strong financial modeling: leveraged, project, or credit models Understanding of debt/equity markets instruments and processes Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg or Capital IQ preferred Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
