Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

📋 Description Supervise ABA Technicians and train staff/parents in ABA principles. Train staff on client’s behavior plan before services begin. Track data in progress notes; monitor 3/6 month reviews and VB-MAPP/ABLLS. Develop and adjust child-specific behavior plans as the child progresses. Conduct VB-MAPP/ABLLS at intake and every 6 months; ADOS if certified. Promote growth, build referral sources, and maintain program knowledge/regulations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. BACB certification required. Prior ABA training required. At least 1 year experience with autism spectrum disorders. Supervision experience; 15 hours supervisor training. Strong communication, analytical, and observation skills. Valid driver's license and car insurance.
