Mobile Product Designer

📋 Description Lead product design from discovery to delivery and iteration Partner with PMs, Eng, Brand Marketing, Data Analysts, Legal & Trust&Safety to solve user problems Contribute to product strategy, experiments, and roadmap discussions Design mobile-first experiences for iOS and Android with usability and accessibility Translate user needs, business goals, and constraints into product experiences Use analytics, feedback and insights to inform design decisions 🎯 Requirements 3-4+ years designing digital products for mobile apps Own projects from problem definition through launch Strong visual design skills with solid product thinking Use data, research, and user feedback to guide decisions Communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams Adapt in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and equity Flexible remote policy; 2 days in office per month We cover fees for external events and meetups Great health insurance for you and your family Parental leave and daycare options in France Hybrid model: two office days a month
