People Advisor

📋 Description Coordinate with Divisional People Partners, CoEs, and People Ops; drive change. Partner with Talent Acquisition to scout and build local recruitment relationships. Serve as country SME for employee relations; advise on policies and laws. Oversee onboarding and offboarding on location with line managers and IT. Manage payroll and employment contracts; liaise with labor offices and insurers. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and health & safety standards. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM or related field, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local employment laws. Customer-centric, strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and HR software applications. Fluent in German and English.
