📋 Description Own space/ground link design and RF subsystem architecture across S-, X-, Ka-bands Lead full radio development from concept to integration and test with software/FPGA teams Develop RF link budgets, design RF circuits, and select COTS hardware Support and drive FCC coordination and licensing Hands-on RF lab work; bench characterization, debugging, and validation Capture schematics in Altium Designer and participate in EE design reviews 🎯 Requirements B.S. in Electrical Engineering (M.S. preferred) 5+ years of RF/communications engineering Strong electromagnetics fundamentals: antennas, radiation patterns, link margins Experience with analog and RF circuit design, link budgets, and RF lab equipment Proficiency with Altium Designer for schematic capture Bonus: AI-assisted workflows; FCC licensing; RF PCB layout; environmental tests 🎁 Benefits Employee friendly equity compensation 4% direct matching 401k Health Insurance: 100% employee coverage and 75% dependent coverage Parental leave and childcare coverage Flexible vacation and sick time from day one Relocation package if not based in Denver
