Solar Technician

📋 Description Maintain solar field equipment (inverters, trackers, SCADA) per SOPs. Inspect daily for mechanical or electrical issues affecting tracking. Read schematics to troubleshoot inverter, tracker, and PV components. Gather performance data; diagnose issues and implement solutions; escalate as needed. Model safety and identify risks; report to management. Complete admin duties: PODs, work orders, SAP, fault and inverter reports. 🎯 Requirements AAS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Journeyman electrician or equivalent NABCEP, NEC, NFPA, OSHA certifications preferred Experience in electrical circuits and testing or troubleshooting Technical knowledge of solar inverter operation Arc Flash certification (training provided if not already obtained) 🎁 Benefits Mission-driven environment that supports your best work.
