Principal Concierge

📋 Description Lead world-class concierge service as primary contact for patrons. Onboard patrons, manage document intake, and clarify functionality. Collaborate with delivery teams and third‑party partners in a fast-paced setting. Shape future patron interactions with strategic oversight and best practices. Work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences. 🎯 Requirements Previous customer-facing experience in financial services, private banking, or fintech. CFA/CAIA/CFP is a plus. College degree or related work experience preferred. Proficient with G-Suite, HubSpot (CRM), Slack, and related tools. Able to travel up to 25% within the United States.
