📋 Description Execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates for timely hires Collaborate with Recruitment Relationship Manager to refine strategy Source profiles via portals, databases and networking Use internal databases to identify candidates and post jobs Call US candidates to discuss openings Pre-screen to ensure candidates meet skill and fit 🎯 Requirements Fluent or near-native French; read, write and speak Bachelor's degree and advance diploma in French Average of 10th, 12th (PUC) and UG >60% Ability to learn and adapt to new skills Strong written and oral English communication Ability to recruit with urgency and meet targets 🎁 Benefits Night shift: 5:30pm–2:30am or 8:30pm–5:30am; Sat/Sun off Transport: Free door-to-door cab within 14 km Global exposure and career development opportunities Diverse, multinational teams and cultures
