📋 Description Lead delivery of engineering work packages to cost, schedule, and quality targets. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders; manage dependencies. Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery performance. Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities; ensure engineering governance. Support bid, change, and growth activities including estimating and planning. Collaborate with project management and leadership to hit milestones. 🎯 Requirements Engineering project, delivery, or work package management experience in a complex technical environment. Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management skills. Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of risk/opportunity management, governance, and reporting. Coordinate activities across the full engineering lifecycle to milestones. Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Naval, Security, or other regulated sectors.
