Senior Ruby Developer

📋 Description Designs, estimates, and implements technical solutions for medium/high complexity applications. Participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Collaborates with stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities. Researches and proposes AI-driven solutions to accelerate the SDLC. Promotes IT standards, tools, and practices (DevOps) for quality software. Proposes improvements and escalates risks related to development activities. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience in software development. Strong understanding of OOP and functional programming. Proficient in Ruby, Rails, RSpec and Ruby version managers. Nice-to-have: Ruby 3.0, Pry, RuboCop, Bundler, Rake, Background Jobs. Practical experience with SQL and platform-specific databases.
