Senior PMO Specialist

📋 Description Lead end-to-end project management for group-level initiatives. Directly manage complex projects, set priorities, and resolve conflicts. Monitor resource utilization and delivery timelines. Drive initiation reviews, priority frameworks, and schedule tracking. Coordinate cross-functional teams to align goals and deliverables. Report project status and issues to management for decisions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related disciplines. 2-3 years of proven experience in PMO, Project/Program Management or similar. Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., Jira, Lark, Confluence) is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (written and spoken) is required.
