📋 Description Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. Develop technical specs, architecture diagrams, and designs. Define standards, governance, and best practices for ServiceNow. Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, and integrations. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems via APIs and automation. Provide technical leadership and mentor teams across the project lifecycle. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s in CS/IT or related field. ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications preferred. Proven experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow in enterprises. In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, IntegrationHub. Strong ITIL knowledge and best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS for ServiceNow dev.
