Principal Software Engineer

📋 Description Act as technical lead for large parts of the scanner platform. Own core runtime: distributed control, state management, fault handling. Drive engineering rigor: tests, quality, reviews, and releases. Build robust observability: logs, metrics, traces, diagnostics. Collaborate with hardware/ML teams on interfaces and timing. Lead refactors (RPC boundaries, modularization, concurrency) without halting progress. 🎯 Requirements Deep software architecture experience in real-world systems (robotics/medical devices). Strong Python and concurrency background (asyncio, multiprocessing, profiling). Track record shipping observable, debuggable, resilient systems. Strong technical leadership: clarity, trade-offs, mentoring. Clear interfaces (gRPC/protobuf) and solid state modeling. Tests, CI, reproducible environments, fast code reviews.
