📋 Description Primary contact for assigned clients; deliver professional service. Lead client meetings; present financial information and recommendations. Review GL activity, reconciliations, and journal entries for accuracy. Oversee multiple engagements; ensure quality, efficiency, timely delivery. Supervise and mentor staff and senior accountants; develop skills. Stay current with GAAP, regulatory updates, and accounting tech. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. CPA preferred; EA designation or equivalent considered. 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting preferred). Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting. Experience managing multiple client engagements and mentoring staff. Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (QB, Sage, Bill.com, Gusto, etc). 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work schedule.
