📋 Description Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Process invoices, expense reports, and payments Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years accounting experience (A/R, A/P, reconciliations, reporting) Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual-based accounting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
