📋 Description Represent clients in court trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations. Develop case strategies and present arguments before judges and juries. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Interview witnesses, gather evidence, and prepare for trial. Negotiate settlements and plea agreements when appropriate. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters. 🎯 Requirements Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Bar: Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s). Experience: 5+ years of litigation, preferably class actions or complex civil. Trial: Trial experience including depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy. Skills/Tech: Legal writing, research, analytical, negotiation; litigation tech.
