📋 Description Own end-to-end direction for offline video generation (pre-training and post-training). Define a unified long-term roadmap with research leadership; drive execution. Identify critical gaps in the video generation pipeline and unblock them. Increase research-to-product velocity; accelerate problem-solving and handoffs. Coach and elevate junior researchers and engineers toward senior thinking. Help shape team structure and processes for high-velocity research. 🎯 Requirements Proven track record training large-scale video generation models from scratch across multiple nodes. Deep experience with post-training techniques at scale: RLHF, GRPO, DPO. Proven data quality track record and willingness to question data. Strategic multi-year research direction with hands-on execution. Strong cross-functional influence without needing positional authority. Leadership style grounded in technical involvement; lead by example and clarity.
