📋 Description Lead end-to-end features across the stack (React + Python) and shape UI/UX. Shape technical direction and architecture to improve performance and scalability. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, CS, and engineering teams. Identify and address technical debt to improve maintainability and velocity. Design for performance and scale across backend and frontend systems.
