Instructional Designer

📋 Description Design and develop instructional materials, including eLearning courses and blended programs. Apply backwards design and outcome-based development to align with objectives. Collaborate with SMEs and teams to identify knowledge gaps. Create learning objectives, assessments, and activities aligned with business goals. Evaluate training using formative and summative assessments. Manage multiple instructional design projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field. At least 3 years designing learning solutions in corporate, academic, nonprofit, or similar. Experience applying backwards design or outcome-based methodologies. Ability to develop measurable objectives aligned with goals. Experience partnering with SMEs to gather requirements and deliver training.
