📋 Description Build tools and platforms enabling engineers to work with AI; own end-to-end. Own end-to-end from experiments to production, with runbooks and monitoring. Shape internal skills marketplace and AI distribution platform for the org. Collaborate with AWS, Microsoft and GitHub on early-access tech not public yet. Hybrid, cross-region AU/NZ team with regular syncs. 🎯 Requirements Proficient in C#, .NET and AWS. Experience building internal tools or platforms used by engineers. Production discipline: runbooks, monitoring, and rollback planning. Clear communicator who can bring others along with ideas. Curious about coding agents and AI-native tools.
