📋 Description Own evolution and governance of the design system (components, tokens, patterns, docs) with engineering. Partner with engineers to ensure implementation matches design intent and scalable UX. Build and maintain standards for interaction design, accessibility, and visual consistency. Conduct audits and develop processes/tools to identify gaps between concepts and shipped experiences. Mentor designers with structured feedback to raise problem-solving and design quality. Collaborate with product managers to connect design decisions with adoption, retention, and growth. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in product design with growth/experimentation/outcome-driven environments. Proven ability to design, test, and launch experiences that boost adoption or metrics. Extensive experience building and managing design systems at scale (components, tokens, docs). Strong front-end skills: production HTML, CSS, and React to bridge design and implementation. Excellent systems thinking; understand how design decisions affect product patterns.
