Sr Invoicing Analyst

📋 Description Manage end-to-end invoicing: review contracts, validate orders, and issue invoices. Process credit memos with approvals, documentation, and controls. Serve as SME for customer billing records in ERP and billing systems. Respond to invoicing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Support month-end close by reconciling invoices, memos, and taxes. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and improve processes. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. At least 4 years of invoicing, billing, or order-to-cash experience. Experience with ERP and billing platforms; NetSuite, Salesforce Billing, Avalara. Strong Excel skills to analyze financial data efficiently. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
