Head of Finance / CFO

📋 Description Lead consolidation of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow across all entities. Manage financial and management accounting to IFRS standards. Coordinate annual external audit with auditors in Cyprus. Drive implementation of a new accounting/reporting system with automation. Manage tax planning aligned with corporate goals and local regulations. Develop internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to support growth. 🎯 Requirements Proven senior finance/accounting experience in fintech/payments/high-volume industries. Strong knowledge of Cyprus accounting, tax and regulatory frameworks. Expertise in audit coordination, financial reporting systems, and automation tools. Solid understanding of revenue models based on payment flows, commissions, and transactional income. Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to present insights to the Board.
