📋 Description Design, develop, and optimize prompts for LLMs across platforms. Build AI-powered workflows, copilots, virtual assistants, and intelligent agents for insurance processes. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge bases and policy docs. Implement prompt testing, evaluation, and optimization frameworks. Design agent-based solutions using tools, plugins, function calls, workflows, and orchestration. Monitor AI performance metrics and continuously improve model outcomes. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. 4+ years software engineering experience. 2+ years developing AI-powered or Generative AI solutions. Front-end: React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3. Backend: Python, Flask, REST APIs, microservices; LLMs and RAG.
