Satellite Production Technician, Integration, Mechanical & Thermal

📋 Description Perform assembly and integration per SOPs (torqueing and bonding) Identify and report build deviations; support root-cause analysis Collaborate in production team; assist shift handovers and briefings Strictly follow work instructions and checklists; document in real-time Prepare test environments; verify configurations; provide input during line meetings Maintain an audit-ready, clean environment compliant with ESD and safety 🎯 Requirements Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience 1-2 years in mechanical assembly/integration or high-precision work Structural assembly techniques: torqueing, alignment, and thermal hardware application Familiar with ECSS, IPC, ISO aerospace standards and cleanroom practices Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures and documentation Nice to have: satellite mechanical subsystems and thermal hardware integration 🎁 Benefits Benefits vary by location and support health and wellbeing Talent Acquisition will confirm applicable benefits for this role Opportunities for professional development and training
