Configuration Specialist

📋 Description Support the CM SOPs by executing daily CM admin tasks and ensuring compliance. Perform data entry and maintain accurate product baselines in PLM and MES. Drive change management workflows; route ECRs/ECOs/Deviations/Waivers; track status; prepare agendas/minutes. Update EBOMs/MBOMs and document lists (CIDL/ABCL) to reflect changes. Ensure new parts/docs adhere to item classification schemes and numbering conventions. Act as ambassador for PLM and MES; guide cross-functional teams on CM best practices. 🎯 Requirements Engineering background (Bachelor in electrical/electronic/mechanical/aero) Prior experience in configuration management or related engineering Strong attention to detail and methodical data handling EBOM vs MBOM, product breakdowns, and item classification Hands-on with PLM/ERP/MES or doc mgmt systems (Arena, Windchill, SAP) Fluent in English 🎁 Benefits Health and wellbeing benefits (varies by location) Ongoing professional development and training Inclusive, collaborative culture
