Finance Manager - Japan

📋 Description Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Japan office. Provide strategic financial insights to support growth and decision-making. Monitor performance, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions. Oversee accounting functions (GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets) and reporting. Ensure compliance with Japanese GAAP, tax regs, and reporting; coordinate with auditors. Drive ERP and financial tool improvements to scale Japan operations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; CPA/Nissho Boki preferred. 7–10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience. Strong knowledge of Japanese GAAP, tax regulations, and statutory reporting. Experience in a multinational company with global finance teams; fluent in Japanese and English. Proven FP&A, budgeting, and business partnering experience.
