Mechanical R&D Test Lead

📋 Description Lead the mechanical AIT team and own end-to-end mechanical AIT for new spacecraft. Oversee qualification and acceptance vibration campaigns for satellites and subsystems. Own the MGSE design, build, and upkeep for testing and integration. Lead flight model integration and ensure AIT procedures are created and handed over. Represent testing findings to design engineering and drive design changes. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading people or a senior technical background with interest in leadership. Hands-on experience with mechanical AIT and test campaigns. Experience organizing team work and owning a process end-to-end. A can-do attitude and hands-on engineering mindset; work independently or in a team. Comfortable under pressure with tight test campaign timelines.
