📋 Description Own end-to-end Engineering and R&D processes across CAD, PDM, PLM, ERP. Govern the engineering system landscape and support daily operations. Bridge Engineering, Operations and ISM with process and system expertise. Establish governance for CAD, PDM, and PLM systems. Translate business needs into PLM concepts and changes. Support PLM initiatives and cross-functional integration with ERP. 🎯 Requirements Strong understanding of Engineering and R&D processes. Experience with CAD, PDM, and ideally PLM systems. ERP integration experience (BOM, parts, change management). Ability to work across heterogeneous system landscapes. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a hands-on mindset.
