Experience in Audit at a Big4 firm or comparable environment. Strong foundation in HGB and/or IFRS and financial reporting. Experience with financial statements and year-end topics. Strong affinity for systems, data, and technology; quick to learn new tools. Hands-on mindset and willingness to own beyond concepts. High integrity, ambition, and long-term development orientation. Business fluency in German and English.
