Lead TechOps Engineer

📋 Description Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, responding to major incidents. Coordinate incident response; assemble R&D, SRE, Security, Risk, PR, CS. Determine incident severity and escalation timing; keep mgmt informed. Lead post-mortems; reconstruct timelines and document actions. Organize root cause analyses, monitoring gaps, resilience, and drills. Establish and optimize incident SOPs, runbooks, escalation paths. 🎯 Requirements Experience independently leading major incident response, including on-site coordination and post-mortems. Ability to coordinate multiple technical and business teams without direct authority, driving resolution under pressure. Strong technical comprehension — understand system architecture, dependencies, monitoring, and incident chains. Excellent written communication; produce well-structured post-mortems with evidence and conclusions.
