📋 Description Own the native mobile UX for iOS and Android apps with high-quality journeys. Identify native mobile value via research, experiments, and metrics. Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to define strategy, priorities, and roadmap. Lead discovery by testing assumptions, gathering user insights, and data. Create innovative mobile experiences with scalable design systems. Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasible, accessible, performant solutions. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years designing native iOS/Android apps with a strong portfolio. Strong knowledge of native interactions, platform conventions, motion, UX. Proven in leading product discovery and navigating ambiguity. Analytical with metrics, user research, and evidence-based design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management in agile teams.
