📋 Description Translate business/data requirements into specs for tech solutions. Design user-centered web and mobile experiences (usability & accessibility). Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, workshops) to uncover needs. Create wireframes, flows, journey maps, mocks, and prototypes. Design intuitive interfaces across devices and contexts. Facilitate product vision; prototype and test digital solutions. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience as UX/UI Designer or BA for digital products. Strong UI/UX design for web and mobile apps. Experience turning user research into flows, wireframes, prototypes. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools; CSS knowledge is a plus. Accessibility compliance (AODA) and usability testing.
