Mentor and develop fellow attorneys for high-quality representation. Step in for trials, hearings, and negotiations. Conduct client educational webinars and address escalated matters. Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture. 🎯 Requirements JD and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. 5-7 years of Workers’ Compensation experience (Applicant & Defense mix preferred). Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
