Senior ML Engineer

📋 Description Own full lifecycle in a high-ownership squad for systems processing millions of bids/sec. Lead backend architecture for real-time ML inference and OpenRTB bidding. Collaborate with data scientists to deploy and optimize ML models for real-time bidding. Oversee the development of A/B testing frameworks for model and bidding optimization. Ensure backend services are high-performance, low-latency, scalable for millions of events/sec. Role can be based in Paris or Helsinki (hybrid). 🎯 Requirements 7+ years backend engineering, scalable high-performance systems. ML in production: deploying models for inference. Distributed systems, microservices, API design in Python. Observability: Prometheus, Grafana; CI/CD; Terraform. A/B testing in backend systems and end-to-end ownership.
