Lead marketplace reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy in settlements, fees, and chargebacks. Monitor and improve financial processes by identifying bottlenecks and automation opportunities. Support AI, automation, RPA, and predictive analytics to boost scalability. Build and present strategic dashboards and KPIs to support executive decisions. Analyze reconciliation discrepancies, investigate root causes, and propose solutions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, BA, Engineering, Economics, IT, or related fields. Experience with marketplace reports, settlements, fees, chargebacks, and high-volume transactions. Experience applying AI tools and automation to optimize workflows.
