Satellite Production Senior Technician, Integration, Mechanical & Thermal

📋 Description Perform advanced assembly and integration, including torque and bonding operations Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions with Specialists, AIT, and Quality Review work instructions and checklists; provide feedback and improvements Coach and mentor junior technicians on the production floor Prepare test environments and configurations; support line meetings Maintain a clean, audit-ready, ESD-safe work area 🎯 Requirements Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Eng or related field, or equivalent hands-on 3+ years in mechanical assembly/integration; aerospace preferred Torquing, alignment, and thermal hardware assembly knowledge ECSS, IPC, ISO familiarity; cleanroom practices Interpret engineering docs into practical work instructions Nice-to-have: satellite subsystems, environmental tests, DfM, ERP/MES, deployable mechanisms 🎁 Benefits Benefits designed to support health and wellbeing; varies by location Talent Acquisition will confirm applicable offerings for this role/location Professional development and training opportunities Inclusive culture and equal opportunity
