Desktop Support Analyst

📋 Description Provide on-site technical support across regional offices. Install, maintain, and upgrade tech infrastructure and equipment. Proactively improve technical support operations. Support technical projects like office relocations and upgrades. Collaborate with departments to align support with business goals. Coordinate tech rollouts with the Org Change Management team. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or comparable experience). 4+ years hands-on technical support experience. 4+ years IT infrastructure, networking, AV, and/or systems support. Strong problem-solving and ability to work under pressure. PM certification (PMP) and IT certs (CompTIA Network+, MCSE) are a plus.
