📋 Description Lead and develop a high-impact engineering team with mentorship. Own delivery and reliability of critical data services. Drive outcomes with KPI-based goals and measurable metrics. Design scalable data infrastructure for blockchain data. Collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers. Resolve escalations and production incidents to resolution. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years in distributed systems from design to production. Strong Python and SQL or SparkSQL. Experience with data stores: ClickHouse, ElasticSearch, Postgres, Redis, Neo4j. Data pipelines/tools: Airflow, DBT, Luigi, Azkaban, Storm; Spark/Kafka/Flink.
